辨证分型联合西药治疗老年呼吸系统疾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗老年呼吸系统疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将126例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组63例氨茶碱,0.25g/次,1次/d,静滴。菌必治,2g/次,2次/d,静滴。甘氨合剂,10mL/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组63例辨证分型:气虚:积壳9g,黄蔑18g,瓜萎9g,党参12g,当归、陈皮、桔梗、桃仁、法半夏各9g;偏热加黄芩、浙贝、地龙各9g;偏寒加细辛5g,胆南星、干姜各6g;阴虚:桃仁、陈皮、桑叶各9g,沙参12g,百合、当归各9g,芦根12g,玉竹、杏仁、麦冬各9g;1剂/d,水煎200mL,1次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效34例,有效25例,无效4例,总有效率94.12%。对照组显效24例,有效27例,无效12例,总有效率82.35%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗老年呼吸系统疾病效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the differentiation and type combined western medicine treatment of elderly respiratory system disease curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 126 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. The control group, 63 cases of aminophylline, 0.25 g/times, l/d, static drops. JunBiZhi, 2g/times, 2 times/d, static drops.Ammonia mixture, 10 ml/time, 3 times/d, oral. Of the treatment group 63 examples： qi deficiency：Zhike 9g, Huangmie 18g, Gualou 9g, Dangshen 12g, Danggui, Chenpi, Jiegeng, Taoren, Fabanxia each 9 g; Partial hot with Huangfen, Zhebei, Dilong each 9g; Slant cold add Xixin 5g, Dannanxing, Ganjiang 6g; Yin： Taoren, Chenpi, Sangye each 9g, Shashen 12g, Baihe, Danggui each 9g, Lugenl2g, Yuzhu, Xingren, Maidong 9g;1/d, boiling water 200 ml, 1/ d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 39 cases had marked effect, 25 effective cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 94.12%. Control group 29 cases had marked effect, effectively and 27 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 82.35%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Combined western medicine treatment of elderly respiratory system disease effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
