独活寄生汤联合按摩治疗风寒湿阻型颈部肌筋膜炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察独活寄生汤联合按摩治疗风寒湿阻型颈部肌筋膜炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组12例小活络丹,1丸/次,2次/d;局部理疗:蜡疗、中药离子导入,每项1次/d,20min/次。治疗组28例①独活寄生汤(独活9g,桑寄生、杜仲、牛膝、细辛、秦艽、茯苓、桂心、防风、川芎、人参、甘草、当归、芍药、干地黄各6g,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服);②按摩,颈部经筋弹拨法及拍打叩击法,1h/次,2次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率92.85%。对照组痊愈5例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率66.66%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]独活寄生汤联合按摩治疗风寒湿阻型颈部肌筋膜炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with massage in treating wind cold dampness type cervical myofascitis effect. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled Methods, 40 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to the draw Method were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 12 cases of small adjustable Dan, 1 pills once, 2 times /d;local therapy：wax therapy, Chinese medicine iontophoresis, each 1 times/d, 20min/. The treatment group of 28 cases of Duhuojisheng Decoction （Heracleum 9g, mistletoe, eueommia, Achyranthes root, asarum, Qin Qiu, Poria, GUI Xin, windproof, chuanxiong, ginseng, licorice, angelica, peony, Rehmannia 6G, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 200mL, sooner or later oral ） ; （2） massage, neck tendons plucking Method and slapping percussion, lh/ times, 2 times/d. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. The treatment group cured 20 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 92.85%. The control group cured 5 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 66.66%. The treatment group was better than control group（ P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Duhuojisheng decoction combined with massage in treating wind cold dampness type cervical myofascitis, satisfied with the effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
