摘  要:针对设计并制作的2个系列稀土配合物Gd(DBM)3bath和RE(ACA)3phen(RE=Gd或Tb)的器件,研究并分析了界面激基复合物的形成机制以及各自器件的电致发光(EL)和光伏(PV)特性,并指出了其作为信号显示的应用前景和价值.研究结果表明:Gd(DBM)3bath器件在电驱动和UV光照射下,分别表现出明显的电致发光(EL)和光伏(PV)特性;对于RE(ACA)3phen器件,当RE分别为Gd和Tb时,表现出明显不同的PV特性;2种器件都可用于紫外线探测和防伪标志方面.Two seres of rare earth (RE) complexes were designed and fabricated : Gd (DBM),; bath: RE ( dibenzoylmethanatobatho ) 3 (phenanthroline) and RE (ACA) 3 phen: ( tris ( acetylacetonato ) - ( monoph enothroline) (RE; Gd or Tb). The formation mechanisms was analyzed. The electroluminescence(EL) and photovoltaic(PV) properties of deviees were also studied. The application prospect of these materials as signal were pointed out. According to the device of Gd(DBM)abath obvious EL and PV properties were showed under electric drive and illumination of UV light respectively. According to the RE (ACA)3phen,obviously different PV properties when showed when RE is Gd or Tb. The two kinds of materials can be used in ul- traviolet detection and anti-fake label.
