摘 要:通过比较辽河口湿地天然芦苇沼泽地、人工栽植芦苇斑块及无芦苇生长光滩地3种不同生境土壤理化性质及微生物群落结构变化,探讨了退化芦苇湿地修复过程中的土壤微生物群落响应特征.结果表明,与光滩区相比,植物修复后芦苇湿地的土壤理化性质有所改善,微生物数量随之增加,且表现出细菌占绝对优势,同时微生物多样性显著提高;但与天然芦苇沼泽地相比,土壤养分(有机质、总氮、总磷)仍不足,湿地微生物的数量稍低.微生物群落结构DGGE解析表明,3种生境土壤中多为不可培养细菌.Based on the investigation of soil physicochemical properties and microbial diversity in three different habitats in Liaohe estuary wetland, the response characteristics of soil microbial community in the ecological restoration process of degraded reed wetland was discussed. The results showed that, compared with naked soil, the physicochemical properties of reed wetland soil improved after phytoremediation and the number of microorganisms increased in which bacteria dominated. The microbial community diversity improved. But compared with natural reed marshes, soil nutrients (organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus) were still insufficient,the number of wetland microorganisms was slightly lower. The results of microbial community structure by the technology of DGGE showed that the most microbes were uncultured bacteria in the soil of three habitats.
