摘　　要：目的 探讨经胸超声心动图在室间隔缺损封堵术中的应用价值.方法 我院经超声心动图确诊的室间隔缺损11例患者,术前经胸超声心动图筛选病例,精确测量VSD的最大径,观察VSD位置,形态及与周围结构的关系.封堵术中实时监测,术后超声心动图评价疗效.结果 11例患者VSD大小为5～9mm.1例失败.其余10例患者封堵成功,无并发症发生.随访中无封堵器移位脱落,瓣膜穿孔关闭不全,感染性心内膜炎,血栓形成等严重并发症.结论 超声心动图在术前检查,筛选室间隔封堵术适应症及选择适当大小的封堵器.术中检测及术后随访中起着其他检查不可替代的作用.Objective ： To study the value of transthoracic echocardiography in closure of ventricular septal defect. Methods 11 patients with ventricular septal defect confirmed by and eehocardiography in our hospital. Before operation, transthoracic echocardiography was used for selecting patients, made accurate measurement of the maximum diameter in VSD, and was observed VSD location, morphology and relationship with surrounding structures, it was used for monitoring. After operation, it was used for following up. Results 11 patients with VSD size of 5 -9mm, 1 case failed, but the remaining 10 patients were successful closure and no complications occurred. During the follow up there was no occluder displacement or off, valve perforation regurgitation, infective endocarditis, thrombosis and other serious complications. Conclusions Echocardiography plays an irreplaceable role in the preoperative examination, screening the indication for the occlusion of VSD, selecting the appropriate size of the occluder, and also in monitoring at operation and follow-up after operation.
