高温突跃法处理城市污泥的研究

摘　　要：利用电弧等离子体技术产生高温突跃 ,处理上海市曹杨污水处理厂的脱水污泥 ,从中快速制得可燃气体 ,其主要成份是CO .产物气体可以直接点火燃烧 ,火焰温度达 80 0℃左右 .试验结果表明 ,污泥含水量在 43%左右时 ,CO产率较高 .The study applies Temperature\|jump technology to dispose of sludge and aims to take flammable gas from sludge.The result shows that, the carbon monoxide yield of sludge with a moisture content of about 43% is quite high, which can be directly burnt. This paper reports on the possibility of the present technology, and supplies basic data for the appraisal of material balance and energy balance.
