摘　　要：目的通过护理风险识别,及时发现和有效处理护理服务过程中的各类风险事件,为减少甚至避免临床护理风险事件的发生提供有效地科学依据。方法收集我院2005年1月至2010年11月护理部确认的522例护理风险,评估风险种类,进行原因分析。结果 522例护理风险以直接风险为主,占风险事件总数的80.08%。护理服务类风险、护理技术操作类、护理管理类风险事件较为常见。结论加强责任心教育,提倡慎独精神;增强服务意识,提升服务质量;提升专业技能,规范操作规程,规范护理文件记录;做好医、技、护、后勤协调工作,强调合作精神。Objective To discover various risks in nursing process timely and deal with them effectively by identifying the types of nursing risks occurred before ; And to provide effective scientific basis for lessening and avoiding clinical nursing risks. Methods Collected and assessed the data of 522 cases of nursing risk events that happened from Jan. 2005 to Nov. 2010, and analyzed the causes of them. Results The direct risk was the main type of risks in the 522 cases and occupied 80.08% of them. The risks in nursing service, nursing technique and skills, and nursing management were the common nursing risk factors. Conclusions It is important to strengthen the sense of responsibility and self discipline; to enhance service awareness and raise the service quality; to improve professional skills and standardize nursing operation procedure and nursing records; and to strengthen the sense of team work spirit and the cooperation of medical department, nursing department and logistics department.
