摘　　要：珈南资本的横空出世，或将正紧盯国内市场蛋糕的地产PE们目光引向海外。2013年，“走出去”已成为整个中国上市房企大佬们达成的共识。据仲量联行的统计。2013年期间中国在海外商业房地产市场的全球投资额持续大幅增长，增长幅度高达124％，总投资额达到76亿美元。而2012年与2011年的总投资额分别为33亿美元和29亿美元。'At present,migration is a big demand for many Chinese.But gradually overseas capital allocation will come to the fore,which is prevalent in developed countries.' Jiao Gu says that in the long run,overseas investment property packaged as migration property will turn to be the real manager of global capital,and resume its essence of capital management.
