摘　　要：地方高校图书馆面向社会开放是时代和社会发展的需要,也是高校图书馆自身发展的必然趋势。分析了影响地方高校图书馆面向社会服务的因素,并结合三峡大学图书馆及当地实际情况,有针对性地提出地方高校图书馆开展社会化服务的具体措施。The social service of the libraries of local colleges and universities is the need of are and social development, and also is an essential trend of the libraries of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes some factors influencing the social services of the libraries of local colleges and universities, and connecting with the situation of the library of Three Gorges University and the local actual conditions, puts forward some concrete measures for the libraries of local colleges and universities to carry out the social services.
