摘　　要：分析了基层医务工作者获取医学信息资源的现状及医学院校图书馆在医学文献信息资源方面的优势,提出了医学院校图书馆为基层医务工作者提供医学信息服务的措施,以期能有效缓解基层医务工作者获取医学文献信息资源困难的问题。This paper analyzes the current situation of basic doctors＇ acquiring medical information resources and the advantages of medical college library in medical literature information resources, and puts forward some measures for medical college library to provide medical information service for basic doctors in order to relieve the dilemma of basic doctors in acquiring medical information resources.
