摘　　要：档案工作服务国外用户是档案事业的组成部分,也是国家对外文化交往的一个方式。在已有法规基础上,档案工作服务国外用户还可以在"涉外"档案资源专题储备、与多部门联动开展涉外活动、找寻更多政策法规支持等方面寻求新思维。Serving the foreign users at archives work is a important part in archival undertaking, which is also a tool of national cultural exchanges. On the basis of existing laws and regulations, archives work can get some breakthroughs about serving foreign user as follows： reserving the archives resource about foreign affairs; carrying out some foreign-related activities with other departments together; and looking for more supports in policies and laws.
