摘 要:盆腔炎性疾病在临床上常得不到准确诊断和及时治疗,造成不孕、异位妊娠和肝周围炎(Fitz-Hugh-Curtis综合征)等并发症或后遗症。DWI作为一种功能成像技术,其信号及ADC值有助于分析盆腔炎性与非炎性疾病囊性成分的构成,尤其在盆腔复杂脓肿(假黏液征、假软组织征)与恶性肿瘤囊实性成分的鉴别上体现出重要价值,是传统MRI检查的有益补充。就磁共振DWI技术进展、盆腔炎性疾病的分类及其与非炎性疾病鉴别诊断的价值进行综述。The clinical diagnosis of female pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) on the basis of symptoms and signs is often inaccurate.Delayed treatment increases the risk of long-term complications,such as infertility,ectopic pregnancy,and Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome.As a new technique of functional magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) with apparent diffusion coefficient measurements can help in analyzing the composition of cystic components of PID and nonPID lesions.DWI combining with conventional MR imaging has great value in differentiating complex pelvic abscess (pseudosolids and pseudomucus) from cystic and solid components of malignant tumors.In this paper,we reviewed the classification of PID,the progress of the DWI technique and its value in the differential diagnosis between PID and non-PID.
