摘　　要：《成吉思汗法典》是蒙古民族第一部成文法典,蕴含了丰富的宪政思想,其中的忽里勒台制度具有鲜明的民主色彩,宗教信仰自由制度和政教分离的规定更是和当今的宪政制度相契合。Genghis Khan is Code is the first national written code of Mongolia, which has rich contents in constitutionalism thoughts. For example, Huliletai has the distinctive democratic color, the system of freedom of religious and the separation of church and state ideology are consistent with the modern constitutional requirements.
