摘 要:目的:探讨人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果评价。方法:选取2010年4月-2013年3月在笔者所在医院进行手术的患者92例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组46例,试验组患者在手术的全程进行人性化护理,对照组患者术前、术中及术后采用常规护理,然后对两组患者手术前后的护理满意度进行分析比较。结果:试验组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后实施人性化护理可以减少患者的负面情绪,提高患者的满意程度,值得临床大力推广。Objective:To study the application and evaluation of humanization nursing in operating room.Method:92 cases in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,46 cases in each group,experimental group was given humanization nursing, patients in the operation of the entire humanity care,control group was given routine nursing care patients in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative,and comparing the nursing satisfaction of two groups before and after surgery.Result:Nursing satisfaction of experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing can reduce the number of patients with negative emotions, improve the patient&#39;s satisfaction,is worth promoting in the clinical practice.
