摘  要:当前,医学高等院校本科生的教育培养存在理论课教学内容固定单一、方式传统,实验课教学内容缺乏创新性等诸多不足,严重影响医学本科生科研和创新能力的培养。通过多年的实践,我们的体会是:开放科研实验室、鼓励本科生参加课题组并给予全方位科研训练,可以全面提高学生的综合素质,有效提升医学本科生科研和创新能力。Currently ,the education and training of medical undergraduates exist many problems .For example ,the theory teaching contents are simplex and inflexible ,the teaching methods are mostly traditional and old ,and the experimental teaching contents are lack of creativity .All these problems seriously impede the creative ability of medical undergraduates .Through many years of practice ,we understand that opening research labs , encouraging undergraduates to participate in scientific re-search ,and give them more effective training can improve the overall quality of medical students and enhance their innovation ability in scientific research .
