多效唑在重瓣丝石竹组织培养中的作用

摘　　要：多效唑能增加重瓣丝石竹组织培养苗的节数 ,缩短节间距 ,使试管苗健壮 ,其最适浓度为 1 0mg/L。经多效唑 ( 0 0 5ml/L～ 0 2ml/L)壮苗培养 ,显著地促进了组织培养苗生根。较高浓度的多效唑 ( 0 2 0mg/L～ 1 0mg/L)对茎尖外植体不定芽分化有明显的增殖作用 ,同时抑制了试管苗玻璃化。The node number of Gypsophila paniculata L.plantlet in vitro with shorter inter node could be increased by paclobutrazol,the optimum concentration 1 0?mg/L.Before rooting induction the culture on the MS medium containing 0 05?mg/L～0 20?mg/L paclobutrazol obviously promoted the rooting formation for the shoot,induced on the MS medium supplied with IAA or NAA.Paclobutrazol (0 2?mg/L～1 0?mg/L)had significant effect on enhancing multiplication of the shoot and on the inhibition of plantlet vitrification in tissue culture.
