摘　　要：在基于多Agent系统的消防模拟训练系统开发过程中,核心在于虚拟训练环境模型的构建。文章结合消防模拟训练基础理论,以通用组织模型为基础,分别设计了物理环境模型、社会环境模型;以用户接口设计为基础,支持虚拟消防员的加入,实现了系统的教学和培训功能;在此基础上构建了基于多Agent系统的消防虚拟训练环境模型,为开发消防模拟训练系统提供技术支撑。In the developing process of fire-fighting virtual training system based on the multi-agent system（MAS） ,the core is the design of MASVETF model ,a virtual environment model for fire-fight-ing training .In this paper ,the basic theory of fire-fighting virtual training is introduced .The physical environment model and social environment model are designed based on the general organization mod-el .The virtual fire fighters are defined and added in the HCI interface ,achieving the system functions of teaching and training .On this basis ,the MASVETF model based on MAS is established ,which provides a technical support for the development of fire simulation training system .
