摘　　要：供应商和零售商之间的合作可以提高联合库存的整合控制,已有研究的联合库存是一个简单的只包含1个供应商和1个零售商的联合库存,其模型考虑了订单时间减少和延期支付问题,认为订单成本是可以随着订单时间的减少而减少的。文章考虑购买价格与销售价格的不同,并且改变了零售商的付款方式,建立EOQ模型,并给出算例分析。The cooperation between suppliers and retailers can improve the integration control of joint inventory .The joint inventory model in the related literature ,containing only one supplier and one re-tailer ,considers the reduction of order time and delay in payment problem and it is concluded that the order cost is decreasing along with the decrease of order time .In this paper ,based on the above stud-y ,considering the difference of purchase price and sale price ,the payment method of the retailer is changed ,then the EOQ model is established ,and an example analysis is given .
