摘　　要：探讨了耐氯固色剂TF-241的应用工艺和对活性染料的耐氯固色效果．结果表明，不同结构的活性染料耐氯化水性能是不同的，耐氯固色剂TF-241可使织物耐氯化水色牢度提高至4级以上，并改善摩擦色牢度、耐洗性，对日晒色牢度及染色色光影响不大，固色效果受柔软整理影响小．TF-241最佳固色工艺为：固色温度40～50℃，固色时间20min，焙烘温度160℃．对于耐氯较差的颜色如艳蓝、翠蓝、黑色、丈青等推荐用量为4％～5％．The optimal application process of chlorine-resistant fixing agent TF-241 and its fixing effect on reactive dyed cotton fabrics were discussed. The results showed that the chlorine resistance property of reactive dyestuff varied with structures. TF-241 could increase the color fastness of dyed fabrics to chlorinated water to level 4, and the color fastness to rubbing and washing were also improved. It has little influence on color fastness to light and color shade of dyed fabrics, and softening finishing had little influence on the fixing effect. The optimum process of TF-241 was as follows： fixing temperature 40-50 ℃, fixing time 20 min, curing temperature 160 ~C. For colors with poor fastness to chlorinated water, such as brilliant blue, turquoise blue, black and dark blue, the 4%-5% of TF-241 dosage was recommended.
