摘  要:以二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇为原料,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,异丙醇为溶剂,采用不扩链、直接封端的方法制备水性聚氨酯涂料印花交联剂,研究了合成工艺条件。结果表明:在R=1.9、65℃预聚3 h、n(NaHSO3)/n(-NCO)=2、0~5℃的条件下封端合成的交联剂性能最优。将其应用于丙烯酸酯涂料印花,可明显提高印花织物的干、湿摩擦牢度及棉织物的抗皱性能。该产品具有合成成本低、水溶性好、安全环保等特点。Water-borne polyurethane (WPU) for pigment printing crosslinker was synthesized using diisocyanate and polyether glycol as raw materials, NaHSO3 as blocking agent, and isopropanol as solvent without chain extending process by direct blocking. Results show that the best property of the crosslinker can be obtained under the conditions of R=1.9, reaction at 65℃for 3 h, n(NaHSO3)/n (-NCO)=2, blocking-NCO at 0~5℃. The dry and wet rubbing fastness of printing fabrics and wrinkle resistance of cotton are able to be significantly improved as the synthesized crosslinker is applied in acrylate pigment printing process. This product also exhibits such advantages as low cost, good water solubility, safety and environmental protection.
