摘　　要：质量经营是现代很多企业的追求并从中得益,分析了用系统理论指导企业的质量经营战略,使企业的质量经营体系卓越有效,增强企业的核心竞争力。Many modern enterprises pursuit of quality management and profit from it. In order to make quality management system effectively and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises, the policy how to guide the quality management strategy using system theory was analyzed.
