摘　　要：阐述了成形车门模具非标扣合机构的使用范围,介绍了该非标扣合机构的工作原理及镶块、安装座、滑块等结构的设计,对车门窗框内部需要扣合但碍于其他条件限制无法安装标准预弯机构,采用这种非标扣合机构为解决这一问题提供了一种途径。The application range of nonstandard fastening mechanism in die for forming vehi cle door was presented. The working principle of the mechanism and the design of insert, support seat and slider were introduced. The nonstandard mechanism can be installed in side the vehicle door and window frame where fastening is needed but standard pre-bend ing mechanism can not be mounted.
