摘 要:腐植酸是一种大分子有机物质,在工业、农业、医药、环保等领域具有广阔的应用前景。煤质腐植酸在我国是一种潜在的有机资源,储量丰富,但其活性较低,需经活化提纯后才能用于腐植酸产品的制备。该实验利用超声波活化风化煤腐植酸,对比了不同水煤比、超声波功率、超声时间对风化煤中游离腐植酸产率的影响。结果显示,风化煤腐植酸的最佳活化条件为水煤比8:1、超声波功率200W、时间25min。Humic acid is a kind of macromolecular organic material, having wide application prospects in the area of industry, agriculture, medicine, environmental protection, and so on. Humic acid in coal is a kind of potential organic and abundant resources, but its activity is low. It must be approved by the activation and purification to use for the preparation of humic acid products. The experiment using ultrasonic activate humic acid in weathered coal, analyses the influence of different water -coal ratio, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the content of free humic acid in weathered coal. The results show that the best activation conditions are as follows: water - coal ratio8 : 1, the ultrasonic power 200W, ultrasonic time 25min.
