术中放射性粒子植入治疗胰腺癌术后胃瘫相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨术中125Ⅰ植入治疗晚期胰腺癌患者术后发生胃瘫的原因。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月-2013年6月28例行术中125Ⅰ植入的晚期胰腺癌患者的临床资料,并对术后发生胃瘫患者与未发生胃瘫患者之间的临床资料进行分析。结果 28例行术中125Ⅰ植入术患者中5例发生术后胃瘫,胃瘫发生率为17.9%,胃瘫发生于术后(9.6±6.2)d,持续时间为(19.8±10.3)d。术中放射性粒子植入治疗胰腺癌术后胃瘫与行胃肠吻合术有关(P<0.05)。结论胃肠吻合术是术中放射性粒子植入治疗胰腺癌术后胃瘫的危险因素。Objective To study the reasons of gastroparesis in treatment of post-operative advanced pancreatic cancer patients with 125Ⅰseed implantation. Methods Clinical data about 28 advanced pancreatic cancer patients who underwent 125Ⅰseed implantation in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Gastroparesis occurred in 5 （17.9%） out of the 28 patients 9.6±6.2 days after 125Ⅰseed implantation and lasted for 19.8±10.3 days. 125Ⅰseed implantation was related with gastroenterostomy in post-operative pancreatic cancer patients （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Gastroenterostomy is the risk factor for gastroparesis in post-operative pancreatic cancer patients undergoing 125I seed implantation.
