改善国内分布式供能系统经济性的建议

摘　　要：近年来我国的天然气分布式供能系统(CCHP)得到了初步发展,达到了一定的节能减排效果,但通过实际运行经验来看,一些政策和技术层面上的问题影响了系统的经济性。本文在上海地区已建成投产项目实际调研结果和国内外学者的相关研究的基础上,总结了影响分布式供能系统经济性的诸多因素,并结合相关科研成果给出了改善系统经济性的具体建议,以提高用户应用分布式供能系统的积极性,推动分布式供能系统在我国的大范围推广。The combined cooling, heating, and power （CCHP） systems have achieved primary development in China during recent years.They exhibit good effects on energy saving and reducing pollution exhaust .But the experience of operating shows that the econo-my of CCHP is not good, because of some problems about policies and technologies .In this paper, author presents various factors which affect the economy of CCHP based on practical investigation and related researches , and puts forward some concrete suggestions to improve the economy of CCHP systems.These suggestions are good for raising the enthusiasm of potential users for CCHP and pro -moting its extension around the nation .
