江苏省燃气发电发展现状及相关问题研究

摘　　要：燃气发电作为清洁环保的发电形式,具有低排放、高效率、运行灵活等特点。积极发展燃气发电项目对江苏促进节能减排、缓解调峰压力、保障电力供应以及优化电源结构具有重要意义。但是目前天然气发电项目受上游天然气市场和下游电力市场的双重影响,面临众多困难。本文以江苏燃气发电现状为基础,阐述了江苏发展燃气发电的必要性,同时也指出了江苏燃气发电项目发展所面临的问题。最后借鉴国内外燃气发电的经验,提出了当前面临的一些问题的解决办法,并设计了相应的燃气发电电价机制及疏导方案。As a clean and environmental form of electricity generation , natural gas power generation has characteristics such as low e-missions, high efficiency and flexible operation .Developing natural gas power generation project actively has great significance to pro -mote energy saving and emission reduction, relieve the pressure of peak-load adjustment, protect electricity supply and optimize the e-lectric structure.But now natural gas power generation enterprises were influenced by both upstream electricity market and downstream natural gas market, and met some difficulties.This paper states the need to developing natural gas power generation in Jiangsu prov -ince, and also points out the problems of developing natural gas power generation in Jiangsu province .At last, making use of the expe-riences from home and abroad, the countermeasures of current difficulties , and some suggestions on electricity price is presented .
