摘　　要：对N,N-二甲基四氟乙基胺即TFEDMA作了简单介绍,也提及了它的几种合方法并进行比较;同时对TFEDMA的应用作了深入地探讨,主要就TFEDMA对不同位置的羟基、羰基的氟化作了较全面的阐述。纵观全文而知TFEDMA是一个选择性较好的氟化试剂,随着其应用的进一步发展,TFEDMA将成为很有前景的氟化试剂,具有一定的工业价值。The N,N-dimethyl-l,l,2,2-tetrafluoroethylamine（that is TFEDMA） was introduced briefly, as well as its several synthetic methods. This article conducted in-depth discussion on the applications of TFEDMA, comprehensively expounding the TFEDMA on different positions of the hydroxyl and carbonyl flu- oride. Throughout the full known TFEDMA is a good fluorination selective reagent, with the further develop- ment of its application, TFEDMA will become a very promising fluoride reagent, have a certain industrial val- ue.
