摘　　要：郭剑华主任中医师在多年的临床针灸治疗筋伤疾病中积累了丰富的经验,形成了独具特色的诊疗方法。现从"取穴独到、力求精炼","针法娴熟、补泻得当","重视灸疗、创新灸具"三方面作以总结,论述郭师在选穴、针法、补泻、灸法、灸具等方面的经验,愿与各位针灸界同仁共勉。GUO Jianhua has accumulated rich experience of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of traumatic diseases, and formed a unique treatment method. From the unique acupoints selection, skillful manipulations and reinforcing and reducing properly ,focus on moxibustion and improved moxibustion implement ,this article summarized GUO＇s experience on acupoiuts se- lection, acupuncture, reinforcing and reducing methods, moxibustion and moxibustion implements, willing to make mutual encour- agement with acupuncture colleagues.
