摘　　要：目的:使用中药补肾调周法治疗人流术后肾虚型月经过少,观察其临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:将30例诊断为肾虚型人流术后月经过少的患者按月经周期的不同时期使用不同的中药配方治疗,3个月经周期为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后观察治疗前后月经量恢复情况、临床症状、体征的改善情况,子宫内膜分泌晚期内膜厚度情况。结果:根据月经失调治疗标准评价疗效,总有效率达87%。治疗前后分泌晚期子宫内膜的厚度有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后子宫内膜厚度大于治疗前。结论:以补肾调周法为理论基础,将补肾调周法贯穿于整个月经治疗周期对肾虚型人流术后月经过少患者的治疗取得良好的疗效,并能改善肾虚的临床症状。Objective：To use method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation to treat kidney deficiency hypomenor- rhea after abortion and to observe its clinical curative effect,and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods：30 cases diagnosed as kidney deficiency hypomenorrhea after abortion according to different periods of the menstrual cycle were treated with different traditional Chinese medicine formulae,3 menstrual cycles for a course of treatment. Menstruation recovery, clinical symptoms and the late secretory endometrium endometrial thickness were observed before and after the treatment. Results ： According to the men- strual disorder therapeutic effect evaluation standard ,the total effective rate was 87%. Before and after the treatment ,the late se- cretory endometrium thickness difference had significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the endometrial thickness was greater than that before the treatment. Conclusion ： The method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation throughout the menstrual cy- cle of treatment kidney deficiency hypomenorrhea after abortion can achieve good effect, and can improve the clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency.
