中西医结合治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜气阴两虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运用中西医结合方法治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)气阴两虚证患者的疗效。方法:选择符合ITP中西医诊断标准的80例患者,随机分为中西医结合治疗组40例,单纯西药泼尼松对照组40例,3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效、血小板计数、巨核细胞计数等。结果:中西医结合治疗组总有效率90%,高于单纯西药泼尼松对照组的67.5%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组血小板计数变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),巨核细胞计数变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合方法在治疗慢性ITP气阴两虚证方面优于单纯西医疗法,不仅能改善慢性ITP气阴两虚证患者的临床症状,而且可切实升高血小板计数,有助于病情的稳定。Objective：To observe the effect of combined TCM and Western medicine for chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） belonging to qi and yin deficiency. Methods ：80 patients with chronic ITP conforming to the standard were random- ly grouped into treatment group combined TCM and Western medicine and the control group treated with prednisone orally ,40in each, respectively 3 months was a period of treatment. The treatment lasted for 1 period of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, platelet count, the megakaryocyte count in Knochenbild myelogramm and so on were observed. Results ： It was suggested that：the total effective rate of treatment group treated with combined TCM and Western medicine was 90% ,which was higher than 67.5% of control group, and had the significant meaning （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, compared with the control group, the treatment group had the significant meaning （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the blood platelet count, while had no significant meaning（ P 〉 0.05 ） in the megakaryocyte count in Knochenbild myelogramm. Conclusion： Combined TCM and Western medicine was superior to single Western medicine for chronic ITP belonging to qi and yin deficiency, which not only can ameliorate the clinical manifestation of chronic ITP suffers, but also can elevate blood platelet count and stabilize the disease condition.
