摘　　要：目的：建立全蝎种药材中总多糖含量测定方法，以评价其不同商品药材的质量。方法：采用乙醚脱脂，水提取后，苯酚-硫酸显色剂显色，分光光度法测定10批全蝎不同商品中总多糖含量。结果：10批药材样品中总多糖含量以葡萄糖计的回归方程为Y=0．0045X＋0．0012（r=0．9998），线性范围在18．54～92．68阻g，平均回收率为100．19％，RSD=1．23％。结论：采用苯酚-硫酸法，测定全蝎药材中总多糖含量的方法简便，方法学考察结果理想，可作为该药材质量控制的方法。Objective ： A method has been developed for the determination of amylase of Scorpio by spectrophotography with vit- riol and phenol. Methods ： The medicine was extracted with anther to wipe off impurity and the amylase was extracted with water to refulgence three times. Results ： The linear equations of amylase takes turn Y = 0. 0045X ＋0. 0012 （ r = 0. 9998 ）. The range of line- arity is from 18.54 μg to 92.68 μg. The average recover was 100.19% , RSD = 1.23 %. Conclusion：The above method to determine the content of total phospholipids in the medicinal material is brief. Both recur and precision density are perfect. It can pilot quality control of the Scorpio.
