摘  要:针对真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺在开工初期出现的问题,经过工艺改进和操作优化后,解决了真空泵堵塞、酸汽管道堵塞、再生效率不高、克劳斯炉频繁连锁、硫冷凝器堵塞等问题,降低了KOH溶液消耗,提高了脱硫效率,脱硫塔后煤气中H2S含量降至250mg/m3以下,生产稳定正常。At the beginning of start up,the desulfurization process by vacuum potassium carbonate method has some problems.After taking relevant measures in process and operation ,the problems such as blockage of vacuum pump ,blockage of acid gas pipe,low regeneration efficiency,frequent in-terlock of Claus furnace and blockage of sulfur condenser are solved .Desulfurization efficiency is increased with low KOH solution consumption.H2 S content in gas is reduced to less than 250mg/m 3 after desulfurization,and the system is running stably .
