摘　　要：通过对Ф430mm短应力线轧机的弹跳原因进行全面分析，并安装弹性阻尼体减震器，优化轧辊工艺孔型，从而解决了轧机弹跳、料型难控、工艺事故多等难题，提高了轧辊轴承、导卫使用寿命和轧制稳定性，提升了车间产量，效果良好。Through comprehensive analysis on the springing reasons of Ф430 mm short-stress path mill, installment of elastic damping absorber and optimization of roll pass, many difficult problems including mill springing, control difficulty of material type and process accident were solved, so the service life of roller bearings and guide was increased, the rolling stability was improved, and the workshop production was enhanced, getting a good effect.
