摘　　要：针对电机转子轴颈严重磨损状况，在比较常用修复工艺和氧-乙炔火焰粉末喷涂工艺的前提下，分析了火焰粉末喷涂技术在大型转子轴颈磨损修复应用上的可靠性，并加以实施。Aiming at the severe wearing status of motor shaft, after comparison between the common repairing technology and oxy-aeetylene flame power spraying technology, the reliability of flame power spraying technology in the repairing of motor shaft was analyzed and put into effect.
