摘 要:为了满足现代无线通信的要求,应用FEM(有限元法)编程计算出倒梯形单脊波导的截止波长和损耗系数,在考虑缝隙间互耦的情况下,采用行波近似计算了倒梯形脊波导缝隙阵的有源导纳,结合HFSS(三维高频结构电磁场仿真)软件提取了缝隙的归一化有源导纳,设计了一种新型的26元X波段倒梯形单脊波导缝隙行波阵。仿真结果表明,副瓣电平<-25dB,具有良好的驻波特性。In order to meet the requirements of modern wireless communications,this paper calculates the cut-off wavelength and loss coefficients of inverted trapezoidal single-ridge waveguide by programming the Finite Element Method (FEM).With the mutual coupling between slots considered,it calculates the active admittance of inverted trapezoidal ridge waveguide slot ar-ray by using the traveling-wave approximation method and extracts the normalized active admittance of the slots by HFSS and finally designs a novel 26-element single-ridge waveguide traveling-wave slot array in the X band.Simulation results show that the side-lobe level is lower than -25 dB and the Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR)throughout the band is sound.
