摘 要:结垢现象在油田采油、输油、注水和热采中普遍存在,它同腐蚀一样严重威胁着油田的正常生产,随着油田注水开发到后期,采出液含水量升高,回注污水量大,若处理后的水质未达到注水标准,各种结垢会引起注水压力上升,严重影响油田生产。本文从结垢的形成过程、机理、影响因素、危害以及预测等多方面对油田结垢进行了总结。Scaling phenomenon in oil field production, oil, water injection and thermal recovery was common, and it was the same as corrosion which was a serious threat to the normal production of oilfield. With oilfield water flood development late, water cut of produced liquid rise, reinjection sewage quantity was large, if the water quality can not reach water injection standard, all kinds of scale would cause water injection pressure rise and seriously affected oil field production. From the formation process of scale formation, mechanism, influencing factors, sensors and actuators, harm and predict oilfield scale were summarized.
