不同中医证型患者体外受精—胚胎移植妊娠率的比较

摘　　要：【目的】比较不同中医证型的体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者的临床妊娠率。【方法】选择2011年6月至2011年12月在广州军区总医院辅助生育中心第一次行IVF-ET治疗的患者573例,患者行IVF-ET前按照中医证型分为肾虚组、肝郁组、脾虚组、痰湿组、血瘀组等5组,观察不同中医证型的IVF-ET临床结局。【结果】(1)行IVF-ET的所有患者中,中医辨证分型以肾虚型为主(57.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)肾虚型患者的临床妊娠率明显低于肝郁组、脾虚组、痰湿组及血瘀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】女性不孕症患者的中医证型存在明显的集中趋势,中医辨证分型以肾虚型为主;且肾虚型的临床妊娠率低于其他证型。建议在行IVF-ET前以中药补肾助孕来提高临床妊娠率。Objective To compare the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with different traditional Chinese medical syndrome types which received in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET） . Methods Five hundred and seventy-three patients receiving IVF-ET for the first time in General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of People＇ s Liberation Army were enrolled into the study from June to December of 2011. The patients were divided into 5 groups according to syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） , namely kidney deficiency group, liver stagnation group, spleen deficiency group, phlegm dampness group and blood stasis group. After treatment, the pregnancy rate of each group was observed. Results Kidney deficiency syndrome was the dominant type in IVF-ET patients, accounting for 57.42%, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05） And the patients with kidney deficiency had the lowest pregnancy rate, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05） Conclusion Infertility patients show obvious central tendency of syndrome types, and the predominant syndrome type of infertility is kidney deficiency. IVF-ET patients with kidney deficiency have the lowest pregnancy rate, indicating that it is practical to use kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine for improving the pregnancy rate before IVF-ET.
