布依药鹿角壮骨煎液对大鼠骨折模型愈合的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察布依药鹿角壮骨煎液对大鼠骨折模型的修复作用及其机制。【方法】手术造成胫骨中下段骨折模型SD大鼠60只,随机分成治疗组(N=30)和对照组(N=30),治疗组以布依药鹿角壮骨煎液灌胃(剂量为5 g·kg-1·d-1),对照组给予等容积生理盐水灌胃。在造模后的第7、15、21、30、42天分别取2组大鼠行骨折处X线摄片及骨密度检测。在造模的第21、42天分别抽取2组大鼠处死后在骨折位取材,进行组织形态学观察。【结果】与对照组比较,在造模第21、30、42天治疗组X线影像学评分、组织形态学修复改变和骨密度改善差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】布依药鹿角壮骨煎液可提高骨密度与骨组织影像学评分,促进骨组织形态修复,对骨折愈合有促进作用。Objective To observe the effect of Lujicto Zhuanggu Decoction, a herbal medicine of Bouyei nationality which contains Cornu Cervi and has bone-strengthening action, on promoting the healing of bone fracture in rat model, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods Sixty SD model rats with middle and lower tibia fracture were evenly randomized into treatment group （N=30） and control group （N=30） . The treatment group was given oral use of 5 g-kg-1- d-1 of Lujiao Zhuanggu Decoction, and the control group was given oral use of the same volume of normal saline. On the day 7, 15, 21, 30 and 42 after modeling, X-ray photography and bone mineral density determination were carried out in the affected tibia. On the day 21 and 42 after modeling, the tissues around the affected tibia in both groups were taken out for the observation of the histomorphological changes by HE staining method. Results On the modeling day 21, 30 and 42, the scores of X-ray photography, histomorphological recovery and bone mineral density were improved in the treatment group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 compared with those of the control group） . Conclusion Bouyei medicine Lujiao Zhuanggu Decoction has an effect on improving the bone fracture healing through enhancing bone mineral density and bone tissue X-ray photography scores, and by promoting bone tissue injury.
