摘  要:利用红外光谱法快速测定了聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)中辅助抗氧剂168在加工过程中的消耗量,分别得到了PP/抗氧剂168体系和PP/抗氧剂1010(定量)/抗氧剂168体系中抗氧剂168含量与其特征吸收峰面积的标准曲线,其相关系数均大于0.99.结果表明,样品中抗氧剂168的计算值与测量值相对误差均不超过7%,基本适用于实际检测的需要.For the prediction of polypropylene (PP) in auxiliary antioxidant 168 in the consumption process, characteristic absorption peaks of antioxidant 168 could be fast determined via IR spectrum analysis. The component of one sample was PP with Antioxidants - 168. The following one was PP with antioxidant 1010 and double amount of antioxidant 168. The task was analyzing the content of antioxidant - 168 in this two samples and making the standard curve of antioxidant 168. The standard curve correlation coefficient attained more than 0. 99. The relative error was less than 7% between calculated value as well as measured value and thus demonstrated to satisfy the actual tests.
