摘　　要：在手机产业发展背景下,本文梳理了山寨手机的发展过程,分析了山寨的内涵,总结了山寨手机发展的动因,启发了一种后发企业追赶在位企业的发展方式。On the background of the development of the mobile industry, the paper studies the development of Shanzhai mobile from emulation brand, fake brand, inferior brand, high imitation mobile to righted brand mobile. Then the paper analysis the nature of Shanzhai. Finally, it is shown that, the path of Shanzhai mobile provides a possible mode for access to the industry for late mover enterprise.
