摘　　要：人才是煤矿发展的根本战略资源,抓好人才队伍建设,是煤矿发展的根本要求。然而,近年来,煤矿人才流失严重,给煤矿的发展带来了极大的困难。本文首先阐述了煤矿人才队伍的现状,并针对存在的问题提出了一系列的对策和建议,为煤矿的健康可持续发展提供借鉴。The talent is the basic development strategy resource of the coal mine.Talent team construction is the fundamental requirement of the development of coal mine.In recent years,the coal mine talent is loss seriously,leading to much trouble to the development of the coal mine.This paper firstly analyzed the present situation of the construction of the coal mine talent team,aiming at the existing problems,then put forward a series of countermeasures and the suggestion,so as to giving reference for the sustainable development of the coal mine.
