摘  要:合成了丙烯酸磷酸酯乳液,并复合搭配氯醋乳液为成膜物质,以植物单宁酸和磷酸酯为主要锈转化剂,以pH调节剂、二丙二醇丁醚、乙酰丙酮为渗透剂,添加少量缓蚀剂,制备了锈转化能力优良的锈蚀终结剂,并进行了分析和影响因素讨论;讨论了磷酸酯单体含量对丙烯酸磷酸酯乳液的影响,不同乳液的配比对涂料的影响,不同pH、渗透剂及缓蚀剂等对涂层锈转化的影响。Acrylic phosphate emulsion was synthesized and vinegar chloride emulsion was recombined as film forming material. Tannic acid and phosphate as main rust conversion agent, the pH regulator, two propylene glycol butyl ether and acetyl acetone as penetrating agent, adding a small amount of corrosion inhibitor, and the corrosion terminating agent was prepared which has excellent rust conversion ability, and it was analyzed and the influence factors were discussed. The influence of phosphate monomer content on acrylic ester emulsion, and the influence of different emulsion ratio on coating, different pH values, penetrating agent and corrosion inhibitor effect on rust conversion coating were discussed.
