摘　　要：本文对高铝粉煤灰预脱硅-硫酸浸出法制取氧化铝熟料窑烟气净化回收系统工艺原理进行了论述,对烟气成分进行了分析,提出了烟气净化回收工艺流程,阐述了主要设备的选型、主要设备选材、工程设计特点以及设备操作运行指标,该系统在实际生产应用中,取得了良好效果。In this paper, the process principle of purifying and recovery of the flue gas from the alumina sinter kiln in high alumina fly ash pre - desilication sulfuric acid leaching method was discussed, the components of the flue gas were analyzed and the process of flue gas purification and recovery was proposed, then the selection of the main equipment, the material selection of main equipment, characteristics of the engineering design and equipment operation index were expounded. It was pointed that this purifying and recovery process system gained good results in actual production application.
