摘 要:硅热法炼镁是我国主要的炼镁方法,但近几年因为诸多原因我国大部分的镁厂效益均不够好,而同为轻金属的钙的行情却要好些,硅热法炼镁和铝热法炼钙无论在生产原理还是在工艺设备上都有很多相同之处,本文分析了这种相同之处,同时论证了硅热法炼镁的企业生产钙的可行性并提出了具体的改造方案,另外还对铝热法炼钙的经济效益进行了分析,最后得出现有热法镁厂转产钙无论从技术上还是经济上都是可行的的结论。Economic situations in most of magnesium plants are not good in China recently because of many reasons, in which Silicon thermal process is the mainly method of production magnesium in China, but the market of metallic calcium is better than magnesium. From production principle and equipment, Silicon thermal process and Aluminum thermal process are compared in this paper, and the feasibility of production calcium in silieonthermic magnesium plants is proved, then the concrete scheme is proposed and economic benefits of production calcium by Aluminum thermal process are analyzed, finally a conclusion is drawn that is feasible to produce calcium in siliconthermie magnesiurg plants both in technology and economy.
