25%苯噻酰草胺·乙氧磺隆泡腾片剂的研制及田间应用试验

摘　　要：进行了25％苯噻酰草胺·乙氧磺隆泡腾片剂的研制及其田间应用试验。试验结果显示，25％苯噻酰草胺·乙氧磺隆泡腾片剂的稳定配方为：苯噻酰草胺24％，乙氧磺隆1％，十二烷基硫酸钠2％，MF-53％，柠檬酸13．5％，碳酸氢钠16．5％，糊精3％，硬脂酸镁2．5％，白炭黑34．5％。田间试验结果表明用药量在375～525g（a．i）·hm^-2之间，对稻田杂草可达到90％以上的防效，与53％苄嘧·苯噻酰可湿性粉剂和15％乙氧磺隆可分散性粒剂效果相当，差异不显著。所得25％苯噻酰草胺·乙氧磺隆泡腾片剂产品稳定，价格便宜，效果显著，极具推广价值。25% mefenacet · ethoxysulfuron effervescent tablet was prepared and field experiment was carried out. The result showed that the formulation of 25% mefenacet · ethoxysulfuron effervescent tablet was mefenacet 24%, ethoxysulfuron 1%, SDS 2%, MF-5 3%, citric acid 13.5%, sodium bicarbonate 16.5%, dextrin 3%, magnesium stearate 2.5%, white carbon black 34.5%. The control effect of weeds in rice field was over 90% at the dosage 375-525g（a.i） per hectare, the same as 53% mefenacet · bensulfuron-methyl WP and 15% ethoxysulfuron WDG, and there was no difference between them.
