阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清微量元素及氧化应激指标观察

摘　　要：目的：分析研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清微量元素及氧化应激指标的变化情况。方法：选取2011年11月-2013年3月于本院进行诊治的54例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者为观察组,同时期的54名健康人员为对照组,然后将两组人员的血清微量元素及氧化应激指标进行检测及比较,并将观察组中不同严重程度者的上述方面的水平进行比较。结果：观察组的血清Zn、Ca均低于对照组,Cu高于对照组,而血清CAT、TAC、SOD均低于对照组,MDA及LPO则高于对照组,且观察组中重度患者的变化明显大于轻度与中度患者,P均＜0.05,均有显著性差异。结论：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清微量元素及氧化应激指标的变化明显,且受严重程度的影响较大。Objective：To analyze the change situation of serum trace element and oxidative stress indexes of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods：54 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2011 to March 2013 were selected as observation group,54 health personal at the same time were selected as control group,then the serum trace element and oxidative stress indexes of two groups were detected and compared,and those indexes levels of observation group with different severity were compared too.Results：The serum Zn and Ca of observation group were both lower than those of control group,Cu was higher than that of control group,serum CAT,TAC and SOD were all lower than those of control group,MDA and LPO were higher than those of control group,and those indexes change of observation group with severe disease were all bigger than those with mild and moderate disease,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The change of serum trace element and oxidative stress indexes of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is obvious,and the influence by the severity of disease is bigger.
