中医推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医推拿辅助治疗退行性膝关节炎的疗效，以供临床治疗此疾病参考使用。方法：采用回顾性分析，选取我院自2011年3月-2013年3月以来的78例退行性膝关节炎患者的临床资料，临床资料比较完整。随机将其分为两组，观察组和对照组，分别为39例，对照组只采用注射玻璃酸钠治疗，观察组在注射玻璃酸钠基础上采用中医辅助推拿治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：两组退行性膝关节患者在经过治疗后，对照组39例患者中痊愈8例，有效25例，无效6例，总的有效率为84.62%；观察组39例中痊愈13例，有效23例，无效3例，总的有效率为92.31%。两组患者之间有着明显的差异统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医推拿辅助治疗退行性膝关节炎的效果比较显著，值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine massage auxiliary treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee, for clinical treatment of this disease, use and reference.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital since 2011, March-2013 year in March 78 cases of degenerative arthritis of the knee in patients with clinical data, clinical data integrity. Were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, respectively 39 cases, the control group only with injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment, the observation group in the injection of sodium hyaluronate on the basis of using auxiliary massage therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, to observe the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Results：The two groups of degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint in patients after treatment, 8 cases recovered in control group 39 cases, effective 25 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total effective rate was 84.62%;39 cases in observation group of 13 cases were cured, effective 23 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 92.31%. There is a significant difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine massage auxiliary treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee more significant effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
