摘  要:目的 :从医患不同认知角度对门诊药学服务进行分析,为门诊药学服务改革提供依据。方法:对我院门诊科医护人员和本门诊就诊3次以上的本地居民进行随机抽样,发放调查表,以了解医患双方不同的医疗诉求。结果:调查表显示,几乎所有患者在用药过程中都遇到过问题,而其中有76.3%的患者知晓药师这个职业,但对药师提供的药学服务了解甚少。结论:医护人员和患者对门诊药学服务认知较为模糊,医疗机构应重视门诊药学服务,使之在合理用药、安全用药方面发挥作用。Objective:Cognitive perspective different from the patient for outpatient pharmacy services for analysis, in order to provide the basis for reform of outpatient pharmacy services.Methods:Random sampling of our hospital outpatient clinic and medical clinic three times more than the local residents, issuing questionnaires, both doctors and patients to understand different medical aspirations. Results:The survey showed that almost all patients in the treatment process had encountered problems, of which 76.3%were aware of pharmacists in this profession, but for pharmacists to provide pharmacy services are poorly understood.Conclusion:Staff and patients for outpatient pharmacy services more vague awareness, medical institutions should pay attention to outpatient pharmacy services, so that in the rational use of drugs, medication safety role to play.
