LISS钢板微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨在胫骨平台骨折治疗中LISS钢板的临床应用价值。方法：选取2011年1月-2012年6月间于我院行手术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者130例，根据其手术治疗耗材分为对照组（55例）和观察组（75例），对照组患者行普通解剖钢板固定，观察组患者行LISS钢板微创内固定，观察两组患者各临床观察指标，并进行统计学对比分析。结果：观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间与对照组患者相应指标间差异不明显，在统计学上无意义（P〈0.05）；观察组并发症发生率5.33%明显低于对照组18.46%，其膝关节活动自由度（128.48±17.13）°明显大于对照组（100.34±15.42）°，而其优良率94.67%明显高于对照组86.15%，以上组间差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：LISS钢板微创治疗胫骨平台骨折临床效果确切，并发症少、膝关节功能恢复好，值得推广。Objective：To investigate the treatment of tibial plateau fractures LISS in the clinical application value. Methods：Selecting surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures were 130 cases from January 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital,according to the surgical treatment of supplies into control group （55 cases） and observation group （75 cases） and control group were treated with normal anatomic plate fixation in the observation group were treated with LISS in minimally invasive fixation were observed indicators of clinical observation,and statistically analyzed.Results：The mean operative time,blood loss,fracture healing,hospitalization time and the control group was not significantly different between patients with corresponding indicators,statistically insignificant （P〈0.05）;observation group complication rate 5.33%significantly lower than the control group,18.46%,and its knee freedom （128.48±17.13）° significantly higher than the control group （100.34±15.42）°while its excellent rate of 94.67% was significantly higher than 86.15%,the above differences between the groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：LISS plate minimally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fracture exact effect,fewer complications,recovery of knee function is good,worthy of promotion.
