摘　　要：目的:分析注射用硫酸头孢匹罗在葡萄糖注射液、木糖醇注射液中的稳定性。方法:使用高效液相色谱法对与葡萄糖注射液、木糖醇注射液配伍硫酸头孢匹罗的含量进行测定并观察两组溶液的在8h内的pH值变化情况。结果:在常温条件下,两组配伍溶液的pH值、含量变化均无显著变化。结论:注射用硫酸头孢匹罗可以与葡萄糖注射液和木糖醇注射液两种大输液配伍使用。Objective：To analyze the stability between the sulfate injection cefpirome with the glucose injection or the xylitol injection.Methods：To Determine the content change of the cefpirome sulfate together with the glucose injection or the xylitol injection by using HPLC and check the content change of the pH within 8h.Results：Under the normal temperature conditions,the pH of two groups compatibility solution and the content had no significant change.Conclusion：Cefpirome sulfate for Injection can be used together with the glucose injection and the xylitol injection.
